Central location with lots of charm

The hotel's friendly staff elevated my stay. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast while admiring the colonial architecture. Just a short stroll to the stunning cathedral!

However, the wifi was spotty in my room and mostly only reliable in the dining area. Also, the traffic noise at night could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The ambiance was incredible with a peaceful interior courtyard and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast options were satisfying and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home!

However, I found the lack of a refrigerator in the room to be a notable inconvenience, especially for longer stays where you might want to keep drinks or snacks cold.

Had a great stay at Cacique Real! Super comfy bed and an excellent hot shower. It’s just a short walk to the cathedral. They let me store my bike securely. Just wish there was a fridge in the room!

The noise from traffic outside could also be bothersome at times, particularly if you're not a heavy sleeper.

Great breakfast timing for early races but the wifi wasn’t reliable in my room.

Exploring the nearby Parque Jaime Duque was a blast with my three kids. We enjoyed the fun rides and beautiful grounds. it made our family trip unforgettable. The staff at the hotel also made check-in a breeze, welcoming us with open arms.

In my wife's opinion, extra activities for kids would be beneficial.
